my baby is 7.5 months old. I give him baby food from the jar but I want to know what I can give him in terms of finger foods besides cheerios? can he eat challah? what can I give him and what do I have to make sure I dont give him .

My ds is 8 months old & I give him jarred foods & baby cereal. I'm still afraid to give him finger foods like cheerios, small peaces of bananas etc.

oatmeal, pureed chicken, broken up cheerios and jar food are all appropriate at his age
