Does anyone have a good parve recipe for a bread machine that is not challah? I want to make bread to go with dinner tonight but all the recipes that came with my machine are dairy.
Any ideas?

Just substitute unsweetened soy milk for the milk and oil for the butter. I do this all the time and it comes out fine.

I just leave out the dry milk - or I put a bit of extra sugar in to compensate. It comes out great.

I just leave it out. BTW for whole wheat bread in the machine I add 1/4 of gluten, and the run the dough making cycle. After that's finished I do the regular bread cycle. The flavor develops more and the bread is a lot lighter.
