or cake balls.
Crumble up the cake so it's totally crumbled. Then take some icing and mix it up. Form into balls, refirgerate, then ice or dip in chocolate.
or
you can still use it in an ice cream cake/mousse cake.
squish all the cake into one layer and spread ice cream/sorbet/mousse or even just whipped topping on top with flavours....
good luck!

Rum ball recipe:
1 double pack Jack & Jill tea biscuits (I guess you would use your cake instead)
1/2 stick or more of margarine
3/4 cup boiling water
1 1/2 tsp coffee
3 1/2 T cocoa
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp rum extract
Dissolve coffee in boiling water. Grind biscuits in food processor. Mix e/t together. Optional: roll in coating of your choice, e.g. coconut, sprinkles, confectioner's sugar, nut crunch, etc. Chill for 3 hours.
Techias hameisim! Enjoy!
