Does anyone have a recipe? I've eaten a great one with chocolate chips in from a shop that I'd love to replicate but don't know what to replace milk in the usual recipes with.

My baby is allergic to dairy products and whenever a recipe mentions milk I just swap it for soya milk, there is a slight difference in taste but will still taste great. For Shavuos I made all my cheesecakes pareve using soya cream cheese and soya milk, they were different but everyone ate them and said how great they were. Hope it turns out ok.

I have a great challah kugel recipe which is pareve, I use soy milk for it. It's a great way to use up leftover challah too, I was making it regularly for a while, haven't made it lately though. It also freezes really well. You can really improvise a recipe, there's one in Spice and Spirit, and a pineapple challah kugel in one of Susie Fishbein's cookbooks.
