I made a mushroom sauce for the salmon wellington. I am looking for another sauce for potato muffins- is there such a thing as onion sauce? Any ideas?

why not. saute some onions, add spices, water or soup and a thickener. sounds yum

an onion and peppers sauce sounds nice.

Onion Sauce

Saute 3-4 onions
Puree in food processor
if too thick, add soup broth a little at a time, if too thin mix in flour a spoonful at a time.

Super easy, and really delicious
