uncovered, but I suppose I could put them on different racks if it makes a difference.

Ask your LOR. There are many different opinions on how strict one has to be regarding the separation of fish and meat. I was told not to bake them at the same time, even if both are covered. I've seen others say that even if it is permissible as a matter of halacha, the minhag is to be super-careful to keep them totally separate.
