I need to use only almond flour for baking. Does anyone have cake recipes to share. Can I just substitute this in any recipe calling for flour? TIA.

I don't think you can substitute it one for one because of the texture.

http://www.elanaspantry.com/ has almond recpies.

You can't substitute almond flour for regular flour. You can however, make delicious cakes with almond flour/ground almonds. Many Pesach cake recipes use ground almonds or almond flour so you may want to look for non gebrochts cake recipes.
This is my favorite Chocolate cake recipe. I have also made it with oil instead of margarine/butter. Use about 4 fl oz.
Decadent chocolate cake
300g dark chocolate
200g sugar
6 large eggs
125g margarine (or butter)
100g ground almonds (almond flour) (or other nuts)

Grease a 9inch springform pan. Or if you don't own one use a cake tin of equivalent volume (8inch square tin, or a 9*13 disposable pan).

Preheat oven to 180C (350F).Melt the chocolate and margarine.Beat the egg whites together with 1/2 the sugar until stiff. Beat the remaining sugar with the egg yolks until pale and thick. Beat in the warm chocolate mixture and ground almonds. Stir 1/4 of the egg whites into the chocolate mixture, and then gently fold in the remainder. Bake for 30-40 minutes until slightly puffed in the center. Don't over cook – this cake is better slightly underdone rather than over done. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

I also have recipes for carrot cake, lemon cake, apple cake, other chocolate cakes if you want.

You might want to check out SCD recipes. SCD is the specific carbohydrate diet, aka the Crohn's Diet. There are LOTS of recipes out there. Since this is not a cheap ingredient you would do best trying out tested recipes from cookbooks or well-received sources. (There are parents of kids on the diet who try some...interesting combinations of foods to get the nutrients in the kids; just because a recipe is posted somewhere doesn't mean you should try it.)

Combine the almond flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and pecans in a bowl.
Combine the vanilla, egg, oil and honey in another bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well.
Drop heaping 2-tablespoon sized portions of batter about 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.

1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

In an alectric mixer, beat the egg whites on high until stiff.
Reduce the speed and add the yolks one at a time.
Add the honey, oil, baking soda, vanilla, and your choice the the additions below (except blueberries, which should be added last), and mix gently.
Add the almond flour last, mixing minimally until just about combined.
Fill each muffin cup 2/3rds full of batter.
Bake the muffins for approximately 30 minutes.
Muffins are done when the top springs back when pressed with finger.

Variations:
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (omit oil)
1/2 cup crushed pineapple (omit oil)
2/3 ripe banana, mashed (omit oil)
