I think she means may it have been a good shaa, and the babies should be healthy as should be the mother. That's how I read it.

I will daven for them. If the mother wishes to talk to me she can PM me. I had triplets born at 24 weeks and it is a rough ride. May they grow well and strong and may the parents have the necessary koach help the babies get what they need.

In a situation when it is SO clear that there will not be a bris for a long long time, and when there is such a critical need for davening for these babies, a name is given ASAP, in spite of not having a bris.

How much do they weigh? I had a nephew who was born at 24 weeks, 590 kilo. Unfortunately he didn't do well - he lived for a year and a half, but spent most of that time in the hospital. However, we got to hear about many other babies born at that time who did well, so with Hashem's help there is a chance even for babies born that early!

They are traditionally done together but are actually 2 entirely different things. When born so early there is no need to delay the naming just because a mila can't be performed.

They are not two different things. When a baby has a bris he receives another part of his neshama, and his name goes with it. However, I have also heard of rabbonim paskening to name a baby before a bris in exceptional situations like this when we need to daven for them, but not everyone holds like this. My (MO) nephew was named at his bris when he was 3 months old.
