WHUT, WETA....Public Television, I am hooked.
I love America's Test Kitchen. I know that many of the dishes are uncookable Kosher-wise....but the little kitchen tips, tricks and tastings are really cool....especially when they go into food science. My favorite episode of Tom English's Food trip is when he goes to Israel and is fed Chamin. Frontline is always fascinating, but I hated the episode about doctor assisted suicide. It's always fun to watch Antiques Roadshow...It's worth whaaat?!
And the best part is that most of it is clean.
Added bonus! WETA has a classical music station.
