Just wanted to share because I have gotten some amazing deals on www.groopbuy.co.il
It's just like groupon in the states but for Jerusalem

I bought for 50nis a full dental cleaning that was worth 200nis and the dentist was really upscale and anglo
Today's deal is Yankuta for kids ( its like gymboree)
And there is one for teeth whitening, restaurants, activities and a lot of other cool stuff
