The angel food cake mix became dairy. It's a shame because it was so versatile.
You can use a cookie sheet but, you know what? Just yesterday I bought a bona fide jelly roll pan. You can borrow it; it hasn't been used yet ! Just toivel it first, OK ?

Are there any pareve dunkin hines cake mixes any more? We used to have too many food allergies to use them, but someone gave us one and it was in my cabinet. My soy allergic child is doing fine now with soy oil so I let my kids make it last erev shabbos.
It was a devils food cake mix, and not only was there no messy flour, no sifting and very little measuring and could did the kids make it on their own, it tasted good!
