You can do something like The Newlywed Game. Before the shower, ask the groom a list of questions. At the shower itself ask the bride the same questions and see how many answers they get the same.

Put random items at each person's place. Everyone has to give a Brocho to the kallah, incorporating that item.
eg, music book - may you have lots to sing about in life
box - may your house be filled with toy boxes for the children iyh
phone - may you always have good communications with your future husband.

give out newspaers or magazines to all guests. Ask questions for example what will the kallah do when supper gets burnt? Everyone has to find an answer in the paper they have . They cut it out and glue it on an index card. Collect all answers and read them out loud.
