1 (10 oz) box frozen chopped broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
1 (8oz) carton sliced mushrooms
1 (9inch) frozen deep dish prepared pie crust
1 medium onion, diced
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup liquid non-dairy creamer
2 tblsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preheat oven to 375. Arrange broccoli and mushrooms in piecrust. In a bowl, place onion, eggs, non-dairy creamer, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine. Pour over vegetabels. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 min, until mixture is set.
