I haven't gotten the flour exact yet in this recipe - play with it - but these are the best cin. buns I have eaten!!!mmmmmmmmm
These rugalach are very easy and taste good too, addictive!
Dough:
5 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 dessert whip
4 sticks margarine
Filling
oil
cinnamon
sugar
Topping:
confectionary sugar
baking chocolate
Mix dough ingrediants in mixer. combine cin. and sugar in a separate bowl. Roll out a big piece of dough. Cut out a big circle. Brush with oil and sprinkle generously with cin./sugar mixture. Cut circle into 12 triangles (like cutting a pie). Roll up starting at big end. Place on greased pan bake at 350 until bottoms are brown. After cooled melt chocolate and drizzle over rugalach and sprinkle with confec. sugar.
