Does anyone have a recipe for pepper staek I can make in the crockpot? My husband only likes it really soft and I'm hoping it will work that way. Thanks! (Btw if u have a recipe that always comes out soft not in the crockpot it also works!)

No crock pot recipe.

I usually cook pepper steak with ketchup and duck sauce for about 3 1/2 hours on a very small flame. Constantly stir it around and add some water too. It always comes out very soft and juicy.

Thanks! Would u happen to know measurements? If anyone has any other ideas that would work in a crockpot id love to hear em!

I have a really really good recipe. If you know you will make it ill be happy to post. let me know if you want it or you found a diff one already.

I cook it for minimum 3 hours so its literally butter soft.

DH also only likes it super soft so if you cook it long, it works.

I maxe the one from the first site that was posted and it was really easy and not bad taste wise but I would want to experiment with a different recipe next time so if you don't mind posting... ;-)
