What do I do? Its already assembled. The ones I originally tasted seemed fine. Now I tasted too many hardish ones. Ive had the opposite problem where the beans were too mushy. Salad has tomato, red onions, lemon juice, spices. Can I bake the salad? Any other ideas?

I can but I think it would be easier to start from scratch or dump it. That would mean separating each bean from the other salad ingredients.

I wouldnt bake I would rather saute it in a pan. It will get better taste than if you bake it.

Can you pick out the tomatoes? I'm actually a little confused as to why you would use a tomato unless you were serving it tonight. Fresh tomatoes do not hold up well overnight. If you can pick it out then I'd microwave them or saute them for a really long time in a covered pan until soft.
