Not sure if this is what you're looking for but we do diced cucumbers, a bit of diced purple onion and dress with lemon juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic.

Do you mean the standard cucumber salad? If so, I use the following recipe. I use onions instead of garlic, and reduce the amount of water by half. It comes out perfect every time!

I don't have an examct recipe for this but its a really yummy, easy, cucumber salad that can be made on shabbos without a problem.

equal parts vinegar and sugar.
Mayonaisse
Dill spice or frozen dill cube
thinly sliced cucumbers.

Do I drain the juices? Or do I combine it with the rest of the ingredients?

Slice cucumbers (slicing blade on food processor)
sprinkle with salt, let sit ca. an hour
squeeze the cucumbers to remove juice. Discard juice.
pour some water into your salad bowl, add vinegar, sugar and some pepper. Taste - it should be sweet/sour. Add cucumbers. Taste and adjust seasonings (you may need to add some salt.) Refrigerate.

ETA: I forgot about the thinly sliced onion, which you add to the dressing along with the cucumbers.

7 cucumbers thinly sliced
small onion thinly slice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp salt

I dont let the cucumbers sit in salt first. I think it stays crispier if you skip that step. I let it sit on the counter for a while, occasionally stirring.

I see you got a bunch of recipes already but here's another one that's really good.

4 small cucumbers- leave on the peel, wash well and slice thinly
1 onion- slice thinly

1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup water
Mix these ingredients together and add the cucumbers and onions to it. Let marinate before serving.

For a nice change from the sugary cucumber salad I usually make, here's what I did today:

4 cups thinly sliced cucumbers, they were fat, so I halved them lengthwise and sliced
1/4 cup cider vinegar, rice vinegar would be better I think but I did not have
2 tablespoons delicious olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
juice from 1/4 of a lemon
s/p to taste

Toss all that up then add

1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro (you could use mint or parsley or a combination of any three, but it has to fresh)

WoW it's good.
Have a great Shabbos~

Combine with the rest of the ingredients

I Made this recipe, and it came out way too salty.
I think next time I'll rinse off the salt.

Thanx everyone!

12 cucumbers sliced (keep peel on, makes it crunchier)

2 red onions sliced

scallions chopped

Dressing:

½ cup vinegar

½ cup sugar

½ tsp. salt

1 tsp. fresh dill

½ cup mayonnaise

mix dressing together first, (add more sugar than its called for, tasting as you go,) then dump cucs, dill and others on top, and toss
