Need a good recipe for veal chops. All suggestions are appreciated. On a side note, can I serve veal chops for dinner or is more of an elegant dish?

Marinate with LOTS of crushed garlic & some olive oil. Then sprinkle with salt & pepper & grill.
I only serve them on shabbos

I cook it like I would cook chicken. sliced onions, garlic, celery, carrots, spices, oil, etc for 2-3 hours.

Bread them like chicken cutlets (bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs and egg/salt/pepper mixture), and sprinkle with rosemary...bake in a 350 degree oven on cookie sheet until browned, and meat is soft.
These get rave reviews in my house- mostly served on Yom Tov, though...

in the Pesach section there is a recipie by #1cook for veal, I use flour instead of potato starch, its YUM.
