So I left my nursing 5 month old daughter with a babysitter, something I usually do not do.
I pumped a bottle before I left and was out for 3 hours.
When I came home, the babysitter told me that the baby had fallen asleep 10 minutes ago.
Ok, sounds good.
Here comes the weird part- she slept for the next 2.5 hours !!!!! And after 2.5 hours I woke her up because I was freaked out why she was sleeping so long which she NEVER does.
So what am I supposed to think?
Bh she seems to be acting fine now that I woke her. (Although still sleepy!)
Do you think this babysitter did something weird G-d forbid? Like what can she have done?
If not, what made her sleep sooo long (past her next feeding time...) something she never does.
Help me keep calm... Can I still use this babysitter in the future?

sometimes taking bottles gets them to sleep longer-- less work for more food. if you're uncomfortable with the babysitter, try another one next time.

oh, and how often does your baby nurse? at five months they don't need to eat every two hours, iirc.

It's very normal for a 5-month-old to sleep 2.5 hours on occasion. If she would continue to act sleepy for hours after awakened, I might worry, but not just a couple of minutes.
