Lemon Chicken on the Grill

chicken cutlets
1/4 cup oil
2 juiced lemons, zested if you can
2 T fresh herbs or 2 tsp dried herbs
2 fennel bulbs
1 red onion

You juice the oranges and place in zippy bag with chicken and oil. Let marinate.

Cut your fennel and onions into 1/2 slices & place on skewers. Brush veggies with marinade and grill chicken and veggies until done.

I always keep fresh parskley in the house. We liked it !!
