Go during suppertime, run home, pass the baby directly and quick kiss, DH runs out already late for night seder, clean up and eat my supper, try to stay awake and alert until DH comes home after night seder (close to 12).

not op but...
That may work in the winter but what about in the summer when night seder starts before shkia?? and the mikva closes/charges a late fee if you leave when he gets home?
try to find a babysitter (they dont have to know where you went) or arrange it so he misses as little seder as possible. (at home prepare as much as possible to keep your trip as short as possible)
