What is the serving size for non-cooked whole wheat pasta in oz or grams?
The package I have says that 100 gram is a serving, but I don't know if that means raw or cooked.
Thanks!

Ignore what the package says. "Serving size" only means "this is the portion size for which we're giving you the values" not "this is how much you should dish out to each person. Serving size is for the raw pasta.
100 g is about 3 ounces. A standard portion of pretty much any starch is 1 ounce or 28-30 grams. That translates into 1 smallish slice of bread; between 3/4 and 1-1/2 c dry cereal, depending on how dense it is (even less for really dense stuff like Grape-Nuts); about 1/2 to 3/4 c. cooked cereal; and about 1/2 c. cooked pasta, depending on its shape and size. You pack much more orzo in half a cup than penne, as you can tell by looking at the relative sizes of the packages.
How much you should dish out to any person depends on his or her overall dietary needs, not on what the package lists as portion size.
