Chicken and Salsa, stir fry or baked

Chicken - pieces to bake or cut up cutlets for the stir fry
Small onion, cut up
Minced garlic clove
1/2 red pepper, sliced thinly
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup salsa
pepper to taste

Cook your chicken in a little oil and add the vegetables. Let cook until done and add your salsa. Good served with rice !!!
