Which lotion is good to use for a little baby that has very dry skin? It's even peeling a bit on legs and hands.

On a newborn, this is very normal. If it is an older baby, you might have the doctor look at it. It could be eczema, which can indicate allergies.
I really like the Aveeno Baby products.
