chaya carmel on fifty sixth btwn sixteen and seventeen. Havent sent a child to playgroup yet, but I observed a bit for a diff reason and was impressed. No idea what her hrs are.

There is another english speaking one on 59st and 18ave but they finish like 2:30. Morah Chaya is open until 4:30 for sure.
