So last time I sent DH to do the grocery shopping (remind me never to do that again Wink) he bought turkey bottoms for me to make one night for supper.
How do you cook that- like you would any chicken? I've never made Turkey before.
And what sides go with it?
TIA

Absolutely you can cook like chicken bottoms! You can put BBQ sauce on them, OR put garlic powder (or garlic) with sliced onions underneath and maybe a little leftover wine on top, OR curry sauce (works really well--any recipe you like or use already mixed curry spices and tomato sauce), OR a sweet and sour type sauce. You get a lot of juicy meat on a turkey bottom.
