Tights are not cheap, unless you're happy with the thin microfibers ones that tear after a few uses especially with little kids. I prefer to buy my girls (ages 3 and 4) the thick cotton ones. I usually pay anywhere between $5-$10 per tights. I havent found anything cheaper. I wait for sales at gap/oldnavy/childrens place and thats usually the best price.

Old Navy has a 25% off sale now.
PS. I just noticed that the tights are a "everyday steal" so the code doesnt work on them but they are 7.50 each if you buy 2 or more.

I got adorable cotton tights at Conway. Most pairs were 2.99 or 3.99. I am not sure if you can get them online though.

Walmart and Target have them for $3-$4 as well. No clue what their availability online is.
