His heart is working fine now, baruch hashem, but now the left lung is full of fluid which is very problem.
They're attempting to taking him off life support for now to see how he handles it. Please daven now because now its more critical...

Update as of Friday-
He had a setback on Thursday. He went pale and blue from not enough oxygen, but they were able to get it back under control. They had reduced his sedation, and because his was so weak already when he went into surgery, just the moving of his limbs that he did with the decreased sedation was too much for his heart to handle...
He's considered critical ATM. Please continue davening.

Forgot to add- earlier in the week they took him off the ECMO machine and closed up his chest; he was starting to get a fever, indicating infection.

For everyone who was davening for this baby, thank you for your tfillos. Things seem to be on the upward mend.
His heart is still weak, but he's been taken off the respirator and has been extubated (opposite of intubate).
He's on a CPAP machine now, with a nasal canula only, no tube down his throat anymore, baruch Hashem.
He still has a ways to go, but he's no where near as critical as he was before. Chasdei Hashem.
