How much is the NYS eligible guidelines for one couple? And then with one dependent?

couple without children: $918 / month
couple plus child: $1,333 / month
(If pregnant, I'm pretty sure you can already count the unborn child.)
There's also higher income eligibility for pregnant women and children.
Pregnant woman, no children yet: $2452 / month (unless it's family size 3, in which case $3089 / month) - but wouldn't apply to the husband.
If ineligible for Medicaid, there's family health plus:

Couple with no children: $1226 / month
1 adult + 1 child: $1839 / month
2 adults + 1 child: $2317 / month
