Apple cake from Weight Watchers
one piece is 5 points; recipes makes 8 pieces
3 large eggs
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk (I used van enriched rice dream)
3 T oil
1 1/2 T vanilla
1 1/2 cups self rising flour (see below)
2 T cornstartch (I used potato starch)
1 or 2 apples, sliced
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
You preheat your oven to 400 deg and spray your 10 inch pan with spray. Mix your egg and sugar and add the rest of the ingredients; top with apple and cinnamon. Bake about half an hour.
If you don't have self rising flour, take a measuring cup and put in 2 tsp baking powder and 3/4 tsp salt. Add flour to make a cup and a half.
