My oven is pareve, so I need a good recipe that can be baked totally covered.
I've tried some recipes that are supposed to be uncovered at the end, but without that, I've found they lose their crispiness and dont come out as good..
Please give me any good recipes you have!
Gotta start cooking for shabbos soon..

Cranberry sauce and ketchup on top of the chicken is good.

garlic paprika salt ketchup chicken seasoning and a drop of oil
(if you want to add potatos add it to the bottom and add a 1/2 to 3/4 cup water)
cover tightly and bake 2 1/2 -3 hours

Mix duck sauce and bbq sauce together - very good!

Dry white wine, some chicken broth, a little cornstarch to thicken it up, basil, and sundried tomatoes (also good to put a little sauteed onion in as well )

saute onions and mix with can of crushed pineapple(drained), honey and garlic powder- good moist or crispy and yummy served with rice.
ketchup, soysauce, mustard, honey or brown sugar- heaven with chicken especially wings.
