My 12 yo dd has been limping on and off for about a year. First she was dx'ed with flat foot and we were told to buy her supportive shoes which we did but it hasn't helped. Now she is really limping, finds it hard to walk moderate distances and can't jump or dance well.
Now thinking back, since she was a toddler she was always falling over and breaking something - we used to joke that she has a crush on the docs in ER.
I need to get her checked out to find out really what's going on with her. WHat kind of doc deals with this type of problem? We are in Jerusalem if anyone wants to suggest names,also. On Meuhedet.

Or you can try a podiatrist, Dr Gluch takes Meuchedet and I think is in Jlem.

isn't podiatry just feet? Like to go to if you have a wart or something? What else do they do?

I would not recommend a podiatrist. Start with an orthopedist and make sure they take bloodwork and do imaging. Why dont you get a referral from her primary care Dr?

yes, definitely an orthopedist not a podiatrist. my podiatrist recently diagnosed a foot problem but the treatment he suggested was not effective. I went to an orthopedist and he diagnosed the same thing, but he chose a better form of treatment which really helped the problem to go away! Good luck...
