DH lost a brother to a genetic condition when he was 18. Although I didn't know him, he was apparently a wonderful man with a great heart, love for his fellow Jew, and a sharp mind. DH and I want to name our daughter in his honor, however we don't want to use the sibling's exact name because this is a person who did die young and because the name was uniquely for a boy. I don't want to post the specifics of the name because I have family on here (Which is also the reason I'm anon, sorry if that bothers anyone), but DH's brother's name meant "strength".
The problem is that the following girls names are already all in use in one way or another for our immediate family:
Chaya, Nechama, Chava, Bracha, Menucha
Does anyone have any ideas for me?

How about Gavriella? Going with the "strength" theme.

I'm the OP.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the name Gavriella.
But DH is really opposed because it is too close to his brother's name. (Which you can guess easily now. Oh well. If you are reading this, Hi Mom!)

Not sure if this is something used in your circles, but how about Eitana?

I was going to suggest Achinoam too Maybe for the middle?
What about something like Ahuva or Yedida, to show how much he was loved? You said he had a great heart and loved his fellow Jew, so something like that might be especially meaningful. Or maybe he had other personality traits that could connect to a name - like if he had faith in Hashem even when he was sick, Emunah might be nice.
