melt in mouth:
2 cups flour
1 cup confection sugar
3 sticks margarine
1 vanilla sugar
1 cup cornstarch

mix all ing. to form a soft dough. refrigerate for 30 minutes. preheat oven to 350', form dough into balls. place onto lined cookie sheet. bake for 18 minutes. (dough can be made by hand)

I know this is old; but I'm looking for the recipe for this type of cookie with ground almonds and dusted in confectioners sugar.

you can swap the cornstarch for custard powder... gives it added flavour. Except don't think you can get custard powder in USA Tongue Out
