One of my sons have a tiny p*enis. Literally tiny. I saw a few drs, some said not to worry, it'll grow at puberty. Some wanted to do major tests and see if he's ok. I chose not to do those crazy tests, and I'm regretting it now, 7 yrs later. I'm sick with worry. Is he gonna grow up to be a real man? Anyone with a similar experience?

Take him to a good pediatric endocrinologist. They are the best at evaluating this and/or treating if necessary. It is a skill to know how to measure a aiver accurately. It needs to be measured from the base, not just "eyeballed". Like every part of the body, there is a range of normal. As long as he is in that range and growing appropriately, there is nothing to worry about.
