anyone know of a recipe to make meat roll using ground chicken???

yes, spice up the ground chicken like you would a meat roll or meat loaf,and shmear mustard on the puff pastrey then roll it up. bake in the oven 350 for 45-1hour

I saute an onion, brown the meat with ketchup, a lot of onion powder and a little brown sugar. Roll it in the dough and smear with duck sauce. yum!
