Easy Asian soup - from chicken soup

ginger
leftover chicken
greens such as pea shoots, watercress, spinach

Dilute your chicken soup with the same amount of water. Add a few slices of ginger and let boil. Add some leftover chicken and some fresh greens, serve hot.
