I am happy to be turning over a week in advance IY"H. It gives me chance to cook without any pressure. This way not only do I have lots of time to cook, I have plenty of nights that I can put things (cut grapes, apple slices, etc) in the oven overnight on low to dehydrate and helps me get to the seder more relaxed.

I'd love to turn over early in the week, but what about meals? I don't want to cook pessachdik a week in advance, and my kids need bread for lunch....
