How do I cook this? my husband bought it for me and I have know Idea what to do with it.

Yum!
Just place in a snug pot, fill 3/4 up the roast with water. Bring to boil. Cook 30 minutes per lb.
Cool completely. Slice.
Delicious as is. I like it cold/room temp.
