I just made these today and they are delicous!!
4 egg yokes
1 cup sugar
2 c ground nuts (mixed or one type)
beat the yokes and sugar for 15-20 minutes
add the nuts
wet your hands and form cookies, bake for 10 minutes.
Enjoy!!

Interesting. My recipe if for egg whites only, dropped by teaspoonfuls. Also delicious.

This is why I was suprised when I got this recipe. But I tried it with the yokes only and it was really good and ez!

yes, it becomes quite sticky. I did it in the food processor.
