How do u get the black out of the bottoms of socks, tights, the cuffs on boy's shirts etc. I can't' use bleach or bleach pen bec. it's not only white stuff (ex. tan colored socks). Sometimes the cuffs have yellow stains instead of black that I can't get out.
I have treid pretreating it w/ oxy spray, shout spray, tide etc. but nothing works.
help!

Someone told me to put vinegar in the wash/on the clothes but I have never tried it so I can't vouch for it.
