here in my sons school there is
1 main teacher 1 lady who was the teacher up till now and she owns the school (but she does not teach anymore) and 1 assistant.
normally we gave $5 to the teacher and $3 for the assistant.
but this year we don't know what to do. do we give the owner of the school $$ too? she was the only teacher for 10 years and only this year hired a teacher to help her. the main teacher is the one who does all the work.
