I have a whole bunch of cookbooks that I refer to. I made a meat lasagna with a bechechmal sauce from one of my cookbooks, and cannot find it. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Which cookbook ( I could have borrowed it and returned it), and what page! HELP!! Thanks in advance!!

I think there's a recipe here for such a thing - cuz I made it once or twice - does it involve browning flour or something like that? Cuz then it's here somewhere, and just do a search for lasagna till you find it...

I saw that one. I found it!! It is in Gatherings and it is made with chicken. What I plan on doing is using TVP in two forms (to equal 2 lbs of minced chicken) for a lactose intolerant person for shavous. Thanks everyone!!

I've done meat lasagna roll ups, used regular meatball fillling,
spread onto cooked noodles, roll up, place in baking pan.
Sauteed loads of veggies added tomato sauce and spices, poured the sauce over the filled noodles and then baked.
Very tasty.
