I am due in a few weeks and my husband and I have settled on the name Yehuda. I am very into selecting meaningful names from Tanakh and this is one character that I have an affinity for. But, we need a middle name. Fortunately, we do not need to name for anyone this time.

We can't use any of the Aryeh/Leib variations because that is one of my husband's names.
But, I don't just want to choose a middle name haphazardly--only because it sounds nice.
I like for the names to sound nice AND have some meaning/significance. Perhaps the second name can reflect on Yehuda's character in chumash, or serve to compliment it in some way.

Any ideas?

I know someone who's yehuda efraim, being that those were the two 'camps' of yidden and combining the two is bringing am yisrael together symbolically...

Can I ask why you need a middle name?

Do you have maybe a family name you can use?

@yearoldmother---It's a valid question. We don't need a middle name, but my husband thinks the name sounds more substantial when there's a middle name. And I see it as an opportunity to make the name more meaningful.

I am working so hard on thinking of a middle name for a boy that chances are I will have a girl.
