Freezing chicken questions

I want to freeze unbaked chicken with sauce, ready to go into the oven. I get frozen chicken. What should I do - defrost it first and then freeze it again with the sauce? Or just put it in sauce frozen and back into the freezer?

Also, for baking, do you defrost it first and then bake, or put it in the oven frozen?

Anyone have good sauce recipes for this type of thing?

its not safe to let it defrost and refreeze without cooking. So put the sauce on and back in the freezer. You can only do this if the chicken is seperate pieces.

defrost and bake.
