anyone make this? it says to sautee onions and mushrooms then add 2 beaten eggs slowly but dont let scramble... so my q is, are the eggs not supposed to set? is it supposed to be liquidy when mixed into the orzo? is it raw? please answer asap thanx!!

I read the recipe on a blog. It says "mix continuously so it doesn't scramble". I get it means you want the egg to be well mixed with the other ing, so just do what it says!

I make it a lot and its delicious. The first time I made it I was wondering the same thing. I wasnt sure how long to cook it for. I thought it would cook with the eggs in for 5 min but it took a lot longer. I couldnt tell whether the eggs were cooked yet or not.

I made it without the eggs and it was delicious. I find its very hard to do it and not have scrambled eggs in your orzo
