I made a meat potato roll.
It's a meat mixture , then a mashed potatoes/fried onion mixture. And then you roll it.
I've also just made Morrocan Beef served in pita. It was really good.
There was a recipe here for meat knishes in a dough.
Let me know if you want want any recipes.

Beef and bean burritos.
Albondigas soup (that is mexican meatball soup).
Ground meat and green peppers, in a pita.
Ground meat in tomato sauce over noodles.

for the record, I love ground turkey best. things ive done in the past include the following:
tacos
burritos
meatloaf which is amazing!! (esp. w/ mashed potatoes... DH LOVESSSS it)
meat lasagna.. sometimes even with soy cheese
meat knishes
shepherd's pie
meat sauce
meatballs
crockpot with mixed veggies / potatoes etc

There's meat stuffed shells in By cookbook.
KBD has an amazing(really!) Meatball minestrone soup that is worth the effort.
I make a irish goulosh and serve it over egg noodles, even my kids eat it(not a usual occurance)
Chili is great over rice.
Meatloaf is my favorite.
You can sautee the ground beef(with or without chopped onions) and add a packet of taco or fajita seasoning(from ortega, or make your own) add a little water, and serve with beans in a wrap(or for low carb, over salad)

same way you would any other meat. I like to add ketchup for thickness. it becomes pretty saucy with veggies and its delish! I don't have a recipe per say, because it is different every time, and that's why we love it!

Lahmajun!!! Meat topping is sauteed onions, ground meat, with cumin, tamarind paste and tomato paste. You need pizza dough or bread dough, spread the meat mix thinly and bake.
Also you can do meat omlette patties. First brown meat, add to beaten eggs and fry. You can add mashed potato (instant is fine), chopped parsleys, storebought matbucha/turkish salad.
