A friend sent me this recipe its so easy and so yummy, I made it in a bunt pan, I cut the sugar and left out the chocolate chips and nuts and it was a huge hit.
Coffee Cake
4 eggs
2c sugar
1c oil
3c flour
3tsp baking powder
3/4 orange juice
1 tsp
Topping:
3/4 brown sugar
4 tsp cinnamon
5T. Flour
5T. Oil
1/2 c nuts
1/2 c chocolate chips (optional)
Combine eggs, sugar, oil, flour, baking powder, oj, and vanilla. In separate bowl combine brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, oil, nuts and choc chips. Pour half batter in pan, sprinkle w/ half topping, pour other half on top, add other half of mixture on that. Bake 350 1 hour.

Coffee cake is a crumb cake meant to be eaten with coffee and doesn't necessarily have coffee in it.
So what is it oatmeal cookies?
