DD has had a chronic runny nose basically since she started playgroup more than 2 years ago. She was home in the summer and it cleared up, but now she's with other kids again and it's back. She's been in a different building/with different kids each year. It's thick/opaque drainage from her nose. She also snores at night from it. I took her to an ENT who said her adenoids look fine. She has a lot of dairy but I have limited it for a couple weeks here and there and doesn't seem to make a difference. No history of allergies in either family. Its getting on my nerves. Any ideas???

hi, I would strongly suggest to allergy test her. She may be allergic to mold, dust, etc.. Also if she snores, she may have sleep apnea from large adenoids and once you remove them she may feel much better. we had that with our two older ones. good luck!!

Eliminate dairy entirely for several weeks, not just "limit" it.
Go to a chiropractor.

I agree. Eliminate dairy for at least a month before trying to see if it's made a difference.
