probably Torah Times, it also depends what ur trying to advertise.

thanks,  Is Flatbush near Boro Park? would people in Boro Park and Williamsburg also read that? (can you tell I'm SO not familiar with New York?)

they distibute the fjj in boro park also
and yes torah times is also great
